The plantain chips are made with both green and ripe plantains (Musa Paradisiaca ABB). The plantains are sliced and baked in vegetable oil until they are golden crisped. Afterwards they are flavoured with natural flavours. There are four flavours available: Lightly Salted, Spicy, Natural Sweet and Extra Sweet. The latest addition to the brand are sweet potato crisps, which bring a nice crisp and colour to your table.
