Once you have filled out the form, please send it back to us at salessupport@unidexholland.com so that we can process your registration. The sales manager for your area will then contact you to schedule a first meeting.

Unidex is a business-to-business company and we do not sell directly to consumers. Our products are only available for purchase by registered companies. However, we would be happy to assist you in finding a store in your area if you wish to purchase a product.

If you are a supplier and would like us to carry your products, kindly send your company information to purchase@unidexholland.com. 

The lead time (or delivery time) for your order depends on the destination. For more specific information, please feel free to contact our sales department by emailing salessupport@unidexholland.com.

You can pick up your order at our warehouse between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please have your order number as a reference ready for our warehouse staff. 

We always strive to deliver your order correctly and in perfect condition. If there are any issues with your delivery please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so we can address the matter promptly. In case of damage during shipping kindly inform the driver and note this on the shipping documents. This will help us address your complaint more efficiently. 

Prices can be found on your pro-forma invoice, order confirmation, or (following delivery) on your invoice. Please note that prices are not listed on our shipping documents or website.

Our pricing is based on factors such as order volume and logistical costs, which is why we are unable to offer a standard price for all customers. Instead, we provide a customized quote tailored to each individual order.
