✔ Grow revenue and profitability within your territory
✔ Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
✔ Identify and approach new business opportunities
✔ Create product proposals and successfully convert them into sales
✔ Promote new products and special offers
✔ Advise clients on product concepts that match their target audiences
✔ Gather and interpret market and product data
✔ Negotiate and document agreements, including delivery terms
✔ Conduct sales analysis and draw up account plans
✔ Collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing, marketing, quality, and logistics
You report to the Senior Account Manager Exotic Trade and are an essential link in our commercial success in Belgium.
✔ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
✔ Strong communication and commercial skills
✔ Solid knowledge of both the market and the products
✔ Excellent command of Dutch and French (spoken and written); English and a subcontinental language are a plus
✔ You live in southern Zeeland, North Brabant, or Limburg
✔ You are passionate, result-driven, and don’t believe in a 9-to-5 mindset
✔ Stakeholder management, sales planning, and negotiation are second nature to you
✅ A pleasant, informal working atmosphere in a dynamic company
